We accept Exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. However, instead of cash refunds, we provide exchange or refund vouchers that can be used for future purchases on the Site.

Return & Refund Policy

• Validity: The refund voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Use: The voucher can be used toward future purchases on Tywist.com only. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

5. Non-returnable Products
